Falsely promoted as a "medical marijuana" amendment, the proposed Amendment 2 in the Florida November election is defacto legalization of marijuana.

Crafty attorneys have carefully devised the amendment in such a way that allows for a number of devastating loopholes which include the ability for anyone of any age (including children without parental consent) to purchase marijuana for virtually any reason under the "or other conditions" loophole.
